Monday Swimwear Soho Flagship
With its New York debut, Monday Swimwear introduces a flagship that feels like a hidden retreat. Set within a historic cast iron building in Soho, the design honors the existing architecture while layering in warmth and softness aligned with the brand’s ethos.
Developed with founders Natasha Oakley and Devin Brugman, the project builds on the existing loft, revealing and restoring original details like soaring ceilings and a rear skylight, now anchoring the fitting room lounge. A tonal palette of natural materials including white oak, limestone, and plaster, paired with warm lighting and curved forms, creates a calm, intimate environment. This marks Sugarhouse’s second collaboration with Monday Swimwear and a considered step in the brand’s New York presence.
